 History |
| July, 1982, Yangmingshan Branch was transformed and renamed Shilin Revenue Service Office, covering Shilin District and Beitou District. On July 1, 1985, due to extensive service region and growing population, Beitou Revenue Service Office was established to serve the residents of Beitou District. |

| Beitou District is located at the northern tip of Taipei City , surrounded by Mount Shamao in the east, Mount Datun in the west, and the Qixing mountain chain in the north. Along its southeast border is River Huang, which separates Beitou District from the neighboring Shilin District. Beitou Revenue Service Office serves 42 boroughs in total. |
